Notosama is the umbrella name for a subseries of comics that are a part of Advance! Kitakou Broadcasting Club Pure and also function as a larger crossover with Barjona Bombers. The plot of these comics follows Kitakou protagonist Noto Kanazawa after he’s undergone a massive mental break and personality change, adopting the moniker “Noto-sama”. It is most famous for spawning a series of games that eventually crossed over with Gakuen Hetalia.
